Shipping

Our packers are experienced in posting items worldwide; safely and expeditiously. If you have any special shipping requests we will be happy to accommodate. We do not make a profit on postage & packing and our shipping suggestions reflect our experiences with various agents.

Shipping to the United States and Worldwide:

Items under 2 kg are sent Royal Mail International Signed for Delivery. Shipments are trackable online, take approximately 7-14 days and are insurable for a small cost.

Items up to 30kg are sent Parcelforce International Scheduled. Shipments are trackable online and take less than 7 days normally. Insurance can be arranged by ourselves or a third party.

Larger / Special items will be professionally crated and shipped using registered carriers by air or sea. As these items are packed off our premises, they must be insured before shipment (this will be arranged). Shipping time will vary depending on the carrier used.

Note: We hold accounts with FedEx and UPS - whilst we are prepared to use both companies, clients should be aware that for many items, the charges will be higher than those quoted using the above. Service levels are also variable.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Items under 2 kg are sent Royal Mail 24 hour special delivery, trackable online and insurable.

Items up to 30kg are sent Parcelforce 24 for overnight delivery. This is trackable online and insurance can be arranged by us or a third party.

Larger / Special items will be professionally crated and posted if necessary using national couriers. You are of course welcome to collect the item in person from our premises in Cambs, UK.
